Steamed Moth beans delight
(Steamed Moth beans)
Ingredients:
1 cup Moth beans
1 tsp Coconut oil/ Ghee
½ tsp Cumin seeds
½ tsp Turmeric powder
2 Garlic cloves
¼ cup Onion
¼ cup Tomato
¼ cup grated Carrot
1 tsp chopped Coriander leaves
½ Lemon
Directions:
Soak 1 cup of moth beans overnight.
Wash thoroughly and drain the sprouts.
Pressure cook them with little salt for 2-3 whistles (fast)
Once the pressure comes off, heat oil/ghee in a pan
Add cumin seeds, let them splutter. Next add minced garlic cloves & other vegetables
in the pan.
Add steamed sprouts and salt and mix them thoroughly.
Sprinkle coriander leaves on top and serve it with a piece of lemon.
