Power punch Smoothie
Ingredients:
100 ml Cow milk or Almond milk
½ de-seeded Avocado
1 Tbsp Flax Seed oil
Unflavoured Protein powder of choice (Optional)
1 tsp Pumpkin
1 tsp Sunflower seeds
Directions:
In a blender, add Cow milk or Almond milk, avocado, flaxseed oil and protein powder.
Blend the mixture well until there are no lumps seen.
Transfer the mixture to a glass and top it with sunflower and pumpkin seeds.
